HYSTR电动机软起动装置采用ROCKWELL高性能数字控制器,用于起动三相鼠笼式感应电动机。HYSTR电动机软起动装置为双机柜结构,
它包括受电柜和功率柜。
1,受电柜
受电柜采用P/VII-12开关柜,中置式结构,配置VBm断路器作为电动机软起动装置主回路进线开关。此外,受电柜还设有软起动控制器起动,
停止操作回路，主回路电流互感器、电动机综合保护器(选择)，过电压保护器、主回路进出线母排。
2,功率柜
功率柜采用封闭柜体结构,安置三套晶闸管组件作为电动机软起动装置功率器件。此外,功率柜还设有电压检测、电压反馈、晶闸管光纤触发、
旁路真空接触器。
3,软起动控制器
软起动控制器采用AB公司控制器。它具有如下功能：软起动、转矩提升软起动、电流限制软起动、双加速软起动、过载保护、
欠载保护、堵转保护、主回路异常保护、晶闸管异常保护。

incomingswitchofsoftstartingdevice.Inaddition,itcontainssoftstartingcontroller,circuittostopoperating,
maincircuitcurrenttransformer,motorcomprehensiveprotector(selectable),overvoltageprotector,busbarofmain
circuitinletandoutletwires.
2.Powercabinet
Itissealedcubicalstructureandithasthreesetsofthyristormoduleassoftstartor’spowerdevice.
Inaddition,itcontainsvoltagedetection,voltagefeedback,thyristortrigger,andbypassvacuumcontactor.
3.Soft-startingcontroller
ItadoptsABcompany’scontroller.Ithasthefollowingfunction:softstart,softstartfortorqueincrease,
softstartforcurrentlimits,softstartfordoubleacceleration,overloadprotection,underloadprotection,rotation-cloggingprotection,abnormalmaincircuitprotection,andabnormalthyristorprotection.
