喷涂场地4500㎡，前处理系统采用德国汉高新一代纳米陶瓷技术，喷涂生产线2条，全自动触摸屏电脑控制，喷涂设备为德国瓦格纳超级喷粉房，年生产能力为50万㎡，采用清洁能源天然气烘干，先进的污水处理系统循环再利用喷涂污水。车间干净整洁，欢迎来参观洽谈。
该车间有十年以上喷涂经验，主要承揽美国GE公司、德国西门子、汀普莱斯、东芝株式会社、沈阳机床、荣信股份等大型公司高端喷塑业务。希望借助网络平台充分利用剩余的加工能力。
